[nidokidos] 7 WARNING signs of HEART ATTACK

Click here to get beautiful emails Click here to join forum

7 WARNING signs of HEART ATTACK

Here are 7 signs that can be taken as warning and could help avert a catastrophic situation:

1. Discomfort in the Chest

The most common warning sign of a heart attack is the feeling of discomfort or heaviness in the chest. This feeling could also be more of a burning sensation
. Any of these symptoms should not be taken lightly, and if it occurs more than once, you need to rush to your doctor. If another person is complaining of the problem, chances are they have experienced the feeling before and are only expressing it now. So, rush them to the nearest doctor or hospital immediately for a check up.

2. Shortness of Breath

If your breathing gets heavy and the breath falls short even after a short walk, climb or other form of movement or exercise, it should be a huge cause of worry. Even if this condition is not accompanied with chest discomfort, it should be taken as a warning sign.

3. Sweating

Whilst sweating is inevitable in the scorching heat of May and June, excessive sweating even in cool conditions is uncalled for. If you notice such sweating, consult a medical professional immediately.

4. Nausea

Regularly feeling nauseous of dizzy could imply the onset of a heart attack. Do not treat is callously as a sign of tiredness. This could happen due to the artery getting blocked. It could also display itself via excessive stress, fatigue after short spans of movement or exercise, or a feeling of weakness despite eating and sleeping well.

5. Numbness in Arms

If your arms feel numb and seem to be drifting to the sides, heart problem may be the cause.

6. Unresponsiveness

If certain parts of your body begin to stop responding, do not ignore the circumstance. The affected parts may be the shoulders, arms or back of the neck.

7. Slurring while Speaking

Difficulty while speaking need not necessarily occur after a bout of drinking with the buddies. It could be a graver situation than that! Inability to speak coherently could be the sign of a great attack. If you think you are suffering this ask a friend or relative to help by asking them to understand what you are saying.
A heart attack can be avoided if the warning signs are read correctly and in time. Seek medical aid immediately if one or more of the above symptoms are noticed. They could be the result of a choked artery. Even if heart attack is not the result, a check up should definitely not be avoided! Take car

[nidokidos] The Evolution of Anger...

The Evolution Of Anger

We become a little irritated when we are stuck in a traffic jam and we getting late to reach somewhere on time, or we are not going to complete a particular task, as per our expectations or if someone whom we very well know decides to ignore us today, for some reason or the other.

If this seed of irritation is watered, or in other words it is given the concentrated energy of our attention i.e. we continue with the irritation for some time, it slowly grows or evolves into frustration.

Unless we take some constructive inner action to stop the growth of the frustration and we keep energizing it, it will grow or evolve into anger. And if this happens regularly and we are not careful, it will become a habit, a part of our personality, which we will finally come to believe is a natural part of your nature. We will even think we were born with it. That it is 'in our genes'.

Every time we become angry we cause the production of certain chemicals in our body and we also become addicted to those chemicals - then we look for people and situations which will give us an excuse to get angry so that we can have our daily dose of chemicals. We not only become attached to material objects, people, ways of thinking, beliefs etc. - we also become attached to our emotions like the emotion of anger. The regular secretion of these chemicals will finally kill our body. We don't need to kill our body.

We need to accept that anger is never ever productive, know that it is just not necessary to be angry with anyone or about anything, know that it is entirely our own creation and know that we can choose a different response. If we know and accept that, we will experience freedom from it.

ANGER is a deadly Killer  will kill us only. It is ONLY WE, repeat ONLY WE can control our anger by adopting Forget Forgive attitude.

With lots of love and regards
S. Murali

[nidokidos] My favourite Philosophy

This nice presentation is sent by
Elisa < elilucio@netvision.net.il>

Philosophy
Philosophy is the study of general and fundamental problems, such as those connected with reality, existence, knowledge, values, reason, mind, and language.  Philosophy is distinguished from other ways of addressing such problems by its critical, generally systematic approach and its reliance on rational argument.  The word "philosophy" comes from the Greek   (philosophia), which literally means "love of wisdom". In more casual speech the "philosophy" of a particular person can refer to the beliefs held by that person.

[nidokidos] Fotos fantsticas

Photographing landscapes

Instead of just making a record of a scenic landscape, you can create truly impressive landscape pictures with these suggestions.

Photographing landscapes

Instead of just making a record of a scenic landscape, you can create truly impressive landscape pictures with these suggestions.
Include a strong point of interest
Your eye needs a place to rest in the picture, so include something of interestâ€"a clump of colorful flowers, a cloud in the sky, a mountain, a tree, a boat.

Include an interesting object in the foreground
A branch, a boulder, a fenceâ€"include an object in the foreground to add depth to your picture.

Place the point of interest off-center
The picture will be more interesting if the horizon or your point of interest is not in the center of the picture. Put the horizon a third of the way down from the top (or up from the bottom) of the frame, or the subject a third of the way in from the left or right. Experiment until you find a composition that appeals to you.
Include people for scale .The cliff may not look all that big, especially in a photoâ€"until you put a person next to it. In some scenes, including a person adds a sense of awe by showing the sheer size of your subject.

Use lines to lead the eye
Lines, such as a road, a river, or a fence, direct attention into your picture. Select a spot or an angle where major lines in the scene lead your eye toward the main center of interest.

Wait for the right light
The best light is in the early morning, shortly after sunrise, or late afternoon when the sun is low. Noonday sunlight is harsh and less appealing, so if you have the option, take pictures early or late in the day.

Take pictures, even in bad weather
Don't let rainy days discourage you from taking pictures. Polished by the rain, colors seem to glow. On overcast days, try to include a spot of color to brighten your picture.

Turn off your flash
For more effective lighting when you're outside in dim light and your subject isn't within flash range (more than about 10 feet away), turn off your flash and capture the scene in the existing light. Hold your camera extra steady or use a tripod, and be sure to use a high-speed film if you have a film camera.

Capture a panorama
If your camera has a panoramic format mode (P), you can use it to capture the grandeur of a wide vista. APS cameras, such as a Kodak Advantix camera, have this feature, as do panoramic one-time-use cameras, such as the Kodak Advantix switchable camera.
Avoid distractions
Is there a trash can in the foreground? A telephone wire overhead? Check everything in the viewfinder and reposition yourself to eliminate distractions.

Share your pictures
Pictures double in value if you share them! Turn your photo story into a special wall or tabletop display. Create greeting cards and online albums. Have a favorite picture put onto a mug or T-shirt, and be ready to answer, "Who's that?" or "Where was that taken?"                                 source:-TIPS FROM KODAK
