[nidokidos] Photos captured a hungry polar bear cub

Photos captured a hungry polar bear cub holding onto a towering bone of a 75-ton whale while hunting for food with its mother in Alaska. The giant 15-foot long bone of a dead whale was left by local Alaskan Inupiat hunters. According to photographer Eiji Itoyama, local Inupiat hunters who are allowed to hunt three bowhead whales each year left the bones in a designated place for the polar bears to finish off the scraps of meat stuck to the bones.
