Belarusians are such evil citizens. But when I say evil, I mean the kind of evil your mom warns you about when you were growing up. The country's president gave a formal speech they decided to take the President's speech quite literally.
Here's what happened. In a speech, the President of Belarus said, "Innovations, IT-technologies, privatization – it is all clear. We've conquered all of them. But everything is very simple, one should get undressed and work."
And like obedient children, everyone picked up the most important point from this – Undressed and work. Yep.
