So banks are after Dr Vijay Mallya because he owes them a lot of money. He'd drawn a hefty sum as a loan from 17 banks to prop up kingfisher airlines. But all that money couldn't save the airline. The company went bust. And since then, banks have been chasing Mallya to get their money back. Recently, they went to the Supreme Court. But where is Dr Mallya in the middle of all this? Oh, he's sitting in London.
