[nidokidos] X-Rays of Animals

These animal x-rays will surprise you

Cats would look so odd if they didn't have ears.

Moles have claws BIGGER THAN THEIR FACE.

Frogs have freakily long toes.

Bats… ok, bats are still quite creepy.

Chameleons are not always that good at blending in.

A duck's beak is basically its whole head.

Rays are actually much more complicated than their smooth exterior suggests.

You do not want to mess with a sawfish.

Monkeys are scarily human.

Goldfish have bones in their fins.

A chicken's legs are really quite long.

Porcupinefish are extremely spiky.

Seahorses are pretty damn cool.

Lizards are basically just one long spine.

So are dachshunds.

This is how a diving bird makes itself streamlined.

And of course penguins have knees.

No, they really do.

Caught On Camera: Fisherman Helps Stingray Give Birth

A fisherman turned midwife after he helped deliver a pregnant stingray's pups seconds after catching it. Calvin Conger, 18, was about to use the ray as shark bait when he noticed another stinger sticking out of it. His father, Terry Conger, instinctively pushed down on it, and they all watched on as a baby stingray popped out. Calvin's mother, Valerie Conger, caught the incredible moment on camera, while his girlfriend, Hannah Harris, cooed in the background. Calvin was out fishing with his family in Port Charlotte, Florida when the incredible event occurred. All three stingrays were released into the water after the amazing ordeal that lasted only a few minutes.
