WEAR A HELMET AND STRAP IT
I really did not want to post this story on my page. Perhaps, because I don't want that "extra attention" and I did not want to have any kind of publicity. But today, while I was watching the news, I thought to share this and REALLY make it CLEAR for anyone out there who is a rider that it is imperative to wear a helmet.
On 19th of February, I suffered mild traumatic brain injury. I slipped from my Suzuki GS-150 because of the rain and I lost memory of the entire day. Since, I was unconscious for around 60 mins, I don't recall how and where I crashed. I contacted the people who got me to the hospital and they said I had a concussion when I hit my head on a footpath. My helmet's strap was not tied up, which is why it got off. I suffered minor injuries but learn't a valuable lesson to never give up and never take life for granted.
Today, while I was watching the news, I saw how three children and three friends, riding on alternate motorcycles lost their lives due to an accident in Karachi.

Please, please please, even if you have a passenger at back, make sure they wear a helmet. I see so many children and women who sit like rag dolls behind motorcycles. It is equally important for a passenger to wear a helmet as it is for the rider. I am not sharing this story to gain sympathy but I am sharing it to convey a message. A message that one should respect one's life and never take it for granted. Even if it is a 1 km ride, always WEAR A HELMET AND STRAP IT. Motorcycles can be lethal but one should always take precautions.

He is ok now. Scariest thing i have ever seen please wear a helmet. He did give me permission to upload the video. He got 8 staples in his head. Let this remind you to wear a helmet it can be the difference of your life.
