VITAL FEW; are Top 20% in terms of generating
Revenue and Resources.
TRIVIAL MANY; are rest 80% who generate limited Revenue and Resources.
RULE says that 20% of your Activities will result in 80% of your Results Rewards.
In other words, 80% of your Sales, will come from
20% of your customers.
Never let those Vital 20%
be at the mercy of other 80%,
Time, Effort and Attention wise.
