Brazilian artist Julio Cesar created a fun series of digital illustrations based on the photos of random people. His cheeky illustrations distinguish themselves through their vibrant colors and subtle lines. It looks as if his characters are about to come to life!
The series might remind you of Hector Janse van Rensburg, who we wrote about previously, and who became famous on the internet by turning random facebook users' profile photos into illustrated sloths.
