World's first twin sisters to scale Mount Everest
Nungshi Malik is the world's first twin, along with her sister, to scale Mount Everest. Born on June 21, 1991, she has lived in several stations within India during her father's tenure with the Indian Army. She has studied in at least 10 schools, excelling in academics alongside sports. On May 19th 2013, she summited the Everest.
Tashi Malik is one half of the world's first twin-duo to scale Mount Everest. She achieved this feat with sister Nungshi, on May 19th 2013. She considers herself truly Indian, having studied in over ten schools and lived in far-flung corners of the country while her father served in the army. Tashi was born on June 21, 1991.
