NEVER park in a disabled bay in Brazil!
A man parked his car in an area reserved for the disabled. People saw him get out of his car and he was not disabled, nothing more on his car allowed him to park there. Citizens have decided to give him a little lesson to make him understand that he is not allowed to park there. They used thousands of blue and white post-it to create a logo for disabled parking. Imagine the time it was parked there so people have had time to do that.
