1) Se ia o ceapa (ceapa rosie dacă este posibil)
2) Se curata
3) Cu un cuțit ascuțit, se taie o gaură în partea de sus
4) se umple cu zahăr (nu indesati zahărul)
5) Se aseaza pe o farfurie și se lasă timp de 24 de ore
6) Se formeaza un sirop de zahăr dulce - se consuma o lingurita dimineata si seara. Se simte aroma de ceapa (nu prea intens), dar elimina imediat tusea.
