Beauty comes from many sources, and appears in many shapes and forms. The beauty of our souls, of our minds and bodies, of our world, of our beliefs. The beauty of a smile, of a flower or a tree or a baby laughing. We could go on and on. There are paths to beauty, but to really understand and appreciate it, we must be open to it.
Define Inner Beauty - Sadhguru
Upon being asked to define inner beauty, Sadhguru explains that given a choice, one would always choose joy. However, since a large part of our emotions happen unconsciously, negativity arises. He concludes that when one's life energies are engineered in a certain way, inner beauty and joy radiate naturally.
