FRANCE 102 YEAR OLD CYCLIST
A record-breaking centenarian cycled into the history books on Friday (January 31) peddling almost 27 kilometres in one hour at the age of 102.
When Robert Marchand was born, the Titanic was still afloat and the Tour de France was a mere eight years old but the former fireman and one-time backpacker easily beat his own record of just over 24 kilometres cycled in an hour, set in 2012.
