I am very much happy this morning. Because I am going to share my thoughts on leadership. I become leader, I want every one who reads this message to become powerful leader.
Good description of leadership is organizing a group of people to achieve a common Goal/ Vision. Leadership can be best described by the following 5 C's.
No 1 .Character
Character is having strong integrity and is the foundation on which to build success.
No 2 Commitment
It is being committed to achieve your goal and more. Commitment separates the doers from the dreamers.
No 3. Communication
Developing excellent communication skills is absolutely essential for leadership. It is not what you say but how you say it.
No 4.Competence
A leader always accomplishes more than what is expected. He also has the ability to inspire and motivate the people around him.
No 5. Courage
Courage is the ability to take to take tough decisions with conviction, against all odds.
If a person possesses the above five qualities he can be a leader in it's true sense.
