How to Say No Respectfully with Clarity and Courage
Think about what's important to you and set boundaries. Remember that every time you say yes to something, you're saying no to something else. Paying attention to this will make you more aware of all the things that you'll do just to be nice or look good or avoid confrontation or avoid explaining yourself. Sometimes you just want to be helpful but that comes at a cost too. Make an informed choice whether you want to say yes or no.
