hi friends
i have researched and found out that adobe is making flash players from all android version , but it is not available on google play store , you have to install it manually.
to install it manually you need to have 2 things
1) you need to know the correct version of your android device , its very easy to know , just open settings ->about , and you will see the exact version of your android device.
2) you need to Enable "other resources" to install applications from
settings -> security this option will be unchecked , check it to enable it.
thats all , your basic work is complete now here is the link to see all the version of available android versions

find the correct version of flash for your android device , its a very long list , find out the correct version flash and watch it till end.
i have personally installed flash player for my android device , and its working A1 first class.
