12 meel is the town in the city kabirawala , kabirwala is in the province Punjab of Pakistan . Kabirwala is very fertile with reference to its land . Yet is looks backward area in north Punjab . Actually the condition of 12 meel is too much miserable , a canal is passing through this town .
