[nidokidos] Forgiveness

Forgiveness-Its Something Extra Special!!!

"So fear Allah and adjust all matters of difference among you.'' (Quran-8:1)

The Messenger of Allah Muhammad [Peace be upon him] is reported to have said:

" If one gives charity it does not diminish his wealth; if one forgives others, Allah bestows more honour on him; and if one humbles himself for Allah's sake, Allah exalts him higher." (Hadith-Muslim)

Some Handy Tips!!!

Make dua[pray]- For only Allah can reconcile hearts and differences
Forgive- He who forgives is forgiven and Allah will elevate his status!
Act- SMS[text],call, email etc or even better personally approach the person/s and ask them forgiveness.
Remove Hatred-Don't hold any hatred in your heart-hatred is the cancer of the heart and soul- It Destroys the Hater and Not the hated!
It's a process-Remember, forgiveness is a process that takes time and patience to complete. You must be ready. Realize that forgiveness is for you - not for anyone else
Not Condoning-Realize that forgiving does not mean you are condoning the actions of the offender or what they did to you. It does mean that you will blame less and find a way to think differently about what happened to you.
Refocus-Refocus on the positives in your life. A life well lived is the best revenge. People who find a way to see love, beauty and kindness around them are better able to forgive and get past their grievances.
There is no such thing as an unforgivable act. So don't let your fear of what you did, or rage about what was done to you, dissuade you from either seeking or granting forgiveness.
Stay balanced. The number of apologies you seek should be proportional to the number you are willing to offer, because the doing of each nurtures the capacity for the other.
Know that you are never alone. Allah is always with you!
Allow love to triumph over logic. There will always be a good reason to keep doing what you are doing or to withhold your forgiveness from someone else. But real issue is whether or not you love them enough to go beyond that logic.
Keep it simple. Apologize for, or forgive, one thing at a time. There is always more to the story, but this is not the moment to explore it.
Remember that forgiveness is not always the end of the process, but the beginning of a new level of relationship which may continue to be shaped into something very special
Celebrate the moment of forgiveness by thanking Allah for giving you the opportunity to remove this burden off your shoulders. Give Sadaqah[charity] as it pleases Allah and removes Allah's anger.

Please note our new rule for emails

Due to mass emailing, it is very difficult for nidokidos management to check all emails. To make this process of moderating emails more easy, we are introducing a method to title emails according to its contents.

The email senders should add a descriptive word about the contents of the emails so that we can easily sort out the emails and choose the best of emails to be forwarded on the group address. for example if some one want to share a video clip with us , and sends the clip as attachment to the nidokidos group then he should give a descriptive subject to the original subject of the email , e-g. - video - funny dog .

This is also useful for the email receivers because they can easily sort out the emails, and filter the emails of their own interest very easily. similarly if you want to share an article then name that email such as , - article - work security , similarly funny images mails should have title like - funny pics - men of the year

in brief, every email sender should add a descriptive word to the subject of email which will describe the contents of that email.

from now on , email subjects format should be like that - email type - email title
e-g - Hollywood - the new movies

Tata Motors to introduce Air Car

Is it the next big thing?

Tata Motors is taking giant strides and making history for itself. First the Landrover-Jaguar deal,

then the world's cheapest car and now it is also set to introduce the car that runs on air, compressed air.

With spiraling fuel prices it is about time we heard some breakthrough!

India's largest automaker Tata Motors is set to start producing the world's first commercial air-powered vehicle.

The Air Car, developed by ex-Formula One engineer Guy NÓwe for

Luxembourg-based MDI, uses compressed air, as opposed to the gas-and-oxygen explosions of

internal-combustion models, to push its engine's pistons. Some 6000 zero-emissions Air Cars are

scheduled to hit Indian streets by August 2010.

The Air Car, called the MiniCAT could cost around Rs.139,700 at UDD3,000.00 in India and

would have a range of around 300 km between refuels.

The cost of a refill would be about Rs. 85 ($ 2).

The MiniCAT which is a simple, light urban car, with a tubular chassis that is glued not

welded and a body of fiberglass powered by compressed air. Microcontrollers are used in every

device in the car, so one tiny radio transmitter sends instructions to the lights, indicators etc.

There are no keys - just an access card which can be read by the car from your pocket. According to the designers,

it costs less than 50 rupees per 100Km (about a tenth that of a petrol car).

Its mileage is about double that of the most advanced electric car (200 to 300 km or 10 hours of driving),

a factor which makes a perfect choice in cities where the 80% of motorists drive at less than 60Km.

The car has a top speed of 105 kmph. Refilling the car will, once the market develops, take place at adapted

petrol stations to administer compressed air. In two or three minutes, and at a cost of approximately 100 rupees,

the car will be ready to go another 200-300 kilometers.

As a viable alternative, the car carries a small compressor which can be connected to the mains (220V or 380V) and

refill the tank in 3-4 hours. Due to the absence of combustion and, consequently, of residues,

changing the oil (1 litre of vegetable oil) is necessary only every 50,000Km).

The temperature of the clean air expelled by the exhaust pipe is between

0-15 degrees below zero, which makes it suitable for use by the internal air conditioning

system with no need for gases or loss of power.
